Ok here are my in depth playoff/ SB predictions. (I picked a winner for almost every game the last 2 weeks of the season.)
Now that the season is almost done, I think I can give a better prediction.
First of all here are my playoff seeds:
NFC
1. new Orleans Saints/ S (14-2)
2. Minnesota Vikings/ N (12-4)
3. Dallas Cowboys/ E (11-5)
4. Arizona Cardinals/ W (10-6)
5. Green Bay Packers/ WC (11-5)
6. Philadelphia Eagles/ WC (11-5)
The Saints get it done and clinch the top seed in the NFC against Tampa Bay, then rest their starters the last week at Carolina. the Vikings do much of the same as they are successful at Chicago but unable to hold off the Giants, who miss the playoffs dspite winning out the last three weeks. the Cowboys Week 17 win over the Eagles give them the division and drops Philly to the NFC's last seed. (They lose the tiebraker with the Packers.) Arizona mauls St. Louis but falls in a shootout to Green Bay. Ironically, this game would be played again on wild card weekend and have pretty much the same result- Cards fall short at home. Dallas completes the sweep of Philly in the other wild card game, and head to snowy Minnesota for the divisional game with Super Bowl # 7 on their minds. Farve and AP have different plans however as they both light up the scoreboard in a dramatic victory. down south, the Saints are brought back to reality in a stunning upset loss to Green Bay, who will face their old teammate in the championship game. Farve get the job done for the third time this season against the defense that used to be his own, securing the Vikes spot in the Super Bowl.
NFC Champion: Minnesota Vikings
AFC
1. Indinapolis Colts/ S (16-0)
2. San Diego Chargers/ W (12-4)
3. Cincinnati Bengals/ N (11-5)
4. new England Patriots/ E (10-6)
5. Baltimore Ravens/ WC (10-6)
6. Denver Broncos/ WC (9-7)
The Colts handily beat new York and Jacksonville to finish perfect while San Diego is stunned by Tennesee but bounces back against hapless Washington. Cincinnati handles the Chiefs and Jets, and by doing so pass the Patriots, who barely squeeze by Jacksonville and struggle to find rythym in Houston. the Ravens retain their spot in the playoffs by downing Pittsburgh and Oakland, while Denver gets in only by winning the tiebraker over Houston and Tennesee, this years comeback team of the year. in a style that is typical of a fallen dynasty gasping for it's last breath of air, new England fails to get anything going against Baltimore's crushing D while Cincy avenges their Week 1 loss to the Broncos at home. in the divisional round, Cinncinnati shocks San Diego while Baltimore falls just short at Indy. in the championship game, Manning and co keep their perfect season alive by outdeueling Carson Palmer and Chad Ochocinco, who guarenteed a trip to the Super Bowl and is nowhere to be found after the game.
AFC Champion: Indianapolis Colts
Super Bowl 44
Indianapollis Colts (18-0) vs. Minnesota Vikings (14-4)
Ah, the classic shootout of Manning vs. Favre. actually, it should be more along the lines of Manning and AP, but Childress decides to focus on a pass heavy attack and limit Peterson's rushing. big mistake. Manning throws for 357 yards and three scores en route to a 27-21 victory. Alas, the '72 Dolphins have company- too bad they won't be welcoming it.
Super Bowl Winners: Indianapollis Colts
Super Bowl MVP: Peyton Manning/ QB

couple errors here, first the cowboys are going for SB number 6. and the colts play new york and buffalo; just some small errors i wanted u to know about

Now to ur question- (btw nice vocabulary) i believe u r wrong. I believe new England will get it done vs the Ravens, the pats are undefeated at home. also i think the pats will get the 3 spot, fall to the chargers; the chargers will then go on to upset indy, and then go to the superbowl to take in the vikings and win.

SB champ- Chargers
